Ash the Baker is a licensed private baker located in beautiful South Rustico, PEI.

Baking is a big deal in my family, Everyone in my family bakes every chance we get. At 11 years old I was winning baking awards and selling birthday cakes. I attended The Culinary Institute of Canada at age 18. I quickly worked my way up the ladder and held my first executive chef position at age 21. During that time, I worked side by side with wedding and event coordinators to execute many different events. For the last 10 years my main focus has been baking. It makes me so happy to have found a career that truly brings me joy. I love the challenge and endless possibilities that baking and event planning brings.
