How do I order a cake?
All of our cakes are custom designed. Please send us an email and let us know what your needs are for your big day and we can get the process started. Just fill out this form to provide us with some basic information so we can get a better idea of your needs.
How soon will I get a reply?
Our goal is to reply to a clients within two business days. However, During our busy season, response times me be delayed. Please keep in mind that we are giving our current clients orders the same time and attention that you will receive.
How far out should I book my cake and dessert services?
So, the best answer is to book early. Just like your venue and photographer, finding the perfect cake artist is something best sorted early. Once we’ve opened a dialogue and received a deposit, we make sure you are on our calendar and that we don’t overbook to ensure that each of our client receives our best. Our average booking is 6 months to a year out, so why wait, let’s get the conversation started now!
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! In order to have a tasting box picked up, we first need to work up a quote. It can be challenging to book tastings boxes last-minute (within 3 or so months of your wedding) and during the busy season. We will go over our cake flavors and choose 2-3 flavors of cake, frosting, and fillings that we will include in your tasting box. A fee for the tasting box will be applied to your actual cake or dessert order.
How do I pay for my wedding cake/desserts?
A deposit of 50% of your estimated order total is due at the time you place your order along with a signed contract. The remaining balance of your order is due 2 weeks before your event along with any adjustments in your order including flavor changes and changes to your guest count
